                     Fitness is the thing everybody wants because without being active people won't work effectively they feel tired, sleepy and lazy. Fitness you must have to do your work. 


                      To become fit and active first have make your routine of the day you should complete your all objective without laziness. 


Tips ;


1. go for jogging daily and do exercises

2. drink sufficient water

3. eat nutritious food

4. avoid junk or fast food

5. do all the work with happiness 

6. think about your present not about the past and not about the future focus in your aim.
